Resumo:
Sustainable development can be considered as a
guide for building a society that integrates economic,
social and environmental issues in all its
spheres. This concept must be pursued by everyone
in a variety of ways, including corporate and
business areas. In this context, sustainability is
also included as part of strategic thinking in organizations
involving in this processes the demands
of diverse stakeholders (Steurer et al. 2005).
